Need to Make a Return?

We get it. Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s totally okay. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Whether you received the wrong item, something showed up damaged, or you just changed your mind, we want to make the process simple and stress-free.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, email us at sillygoose@goodegggreetings.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Policy

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a little time to post
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, email sillygoose@goodegggreetings.com for instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue a refund directly to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
